At XeroEmail.com, we offer flexible payment options for our subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscription: Pay for one month of service at a time.
- Yearly Subscription: Pay for 12 months upfront and save on your subscription.
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 1-month free trial for new users to explore and experience our service. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the monthly or yearly plan, depending on the option you selected during sign-up.
3. Payment Due Dates
Your payment is due at the beginning of each subscription cycle. For monthly subscriptions, payment will be charged on the first day of every month. For yearly subscriptions, payment will be charged on the first day of the year.
4. No Refunds
Once your payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. We do not provide refunds or prorated charges for any unused portion of your subscription. By subscribing to our service, you agree to this policy.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to our service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
6. Subscription Changes
If you decide to change your subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to yearly or vice versa), the change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
